I would have given 5 stars but the delivery driver says he tried to deliver on the Thursday said he wouldn’t try again till the Tuesday I was unhappy with that. However when I contacted Jood they immediately sent a replacement which was very good customer service would use them again due to the response

The process was very easy. Probably the cheapest price i have found so far and the delivery was very quick.

Delivery issues. After a number of delivery issues the Mounjaro pen arrived. Sadly the discount on offfer at the time doesn’t go any further so unfortunately it now over priced and unaffordable.

This company were great at first, but since launching their new website 1 month ago I have experienced multiple problems accessing customer services. There is only the option to communicate by What’s App / email & calls & messages repeatedly go unanswered. The new DPD delivery service requires you to be at home at the time of delivery and there is no option to reschedule, I am now without medication which I have paid for & not getting my calls answered.

I was poisoned from taking wegovy from this website, i suffered internal bleeding and very nearly organ failure. Do not recommend.
